Additionally to the development, testing and optimization of entire cooling circuits we measure and optimize single components. Our performance portfolio includes:
- Measurement, investigation and optimization of all cooling circuit components like: electric pumps, throttles, check valves, cycle valves respectively delivery volume, pressure loss, creation of pressure peaks and service life
- Measurement and adjustment of thermostats regarding pressure behaviour, control (opening point) and their characteristics over life-span
- Measurement of e.g. intercooler, AGB, HWT, ZWK respectively their characteristics under pressure, temperature and volume flow variation (static & dynamic)
- Test rigs for components work and measure in a temperature range of -40°C to +130°C
- Defoaming of the coolant by e.g. optimization of chamber geometry: arrangement and design of breaches of chambers and prevention of cascades creation
- Investigations under extreme loads (acceleration, cornering etc.)
- Construction of steam cushion
- Positioning of warning signal transmitter
