Working at TOP JOB Employer 2022

Where do employees find the best working conditions in German medium-sized companies? The
“TOP JOB” employer competition has been providing the answer since 2002. This is based on a
scientifically based survey of employees on job satisfaction.

After we once again took part in the nationwide comparison of companies and conducted the
survey of employees, it is clear: we are once again one of the few medium-sized companies (from
100 to 250 employees) that can bear the TOP JOB seal "Top Employer 2022".
Top Job patron and former Vice-Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel presented the award, highlighting in
particular our convincing result in the area of "Culture & Communication".
