Prototype and small-batch production

From the first formulation of customer demands to the delivered product all procedures are supplied by our professional employees. In cooperation with other departments of our company like design we construct prototypes or small-batches.

Following process shows exemplary a prototype production:

• Realisation of  package checks including engine and part positioning in installation space
• Conception and construction of the prototype
  
• engine modification for a different vehicle
• adaption of engine parts like charge air cooler, air path, motor bracktes, sealing flanch, tail pipes etc.
• Adjustment of various brackets after repositioning the attachment parts
• Inhouse manufacturing of prototype parts
• Engine building at our house or at the customer's site
• Complete tubing of the engine (e.g. active coal filter, Blow-By, SUV, PCV, negative pressure)
