Flexible Mounting System AS 3000E

Test centers, test fields, development and further institutions face the challenge supply internal and external customers as fast as possible with capacities. Limited space and fixed spacial conditions often restrict  the optimum usage of existing capacities.

The use of the flexible mounting system AS 3000E with its modular system design enables a maximum flexibility of area requieremts for several test rig setups. The standard size of 1.500 x 3.000 mm enables an most efficient usage of the existing space and provides different contour shapes which can be set up and converted in shortest time. Highest flexibilty is guaranteed by its combination with the variable test cell VPZ 2000E. Employees safety and first class working conditions regarding noise and fire risk are guarenteed at any time.

The flexible mounting system AS 3000E facilitates furthermore the possibility to adapt the resonance frequency of the frame construction and has a special positioning system to compensate floor unevenness (up to 50mm) and vibration reduction. By screw connection of the test bench and the gooving bed highest stiffness is guaranteed.

Due to its low weight the system is suitable for higher floors.
