Variable Test Cell VPZ 2000E

The variable test cell VPZ 2000E is constructed for requirements of different sizes and provides operating efficiency during set up and reconstruction. The modular construction enables each testing cabinets to be enlarged or minimized arbitrarily
on the basis of the grid dimension of 2000mm. By transfering, removing or adding of internal partitions or side walls the area of the testing cabinets can be adjusted individually. The implementation of additional doors and technique elements facilitate the opening of further testing cabinets without the area enlargement of the entire test cell. All elements of the construction are protected against noise, fire and cut-through by default.

The VPZ 2000E consists of following elements:

• Door element with single or double winged door and inspection window
• Technical elements with cut-through for ventilation and media-infrastucture
• Removable roof elements
• In- and outside elements
• Carrying steel frame

Machines, material and test pieces etc. can be brought in the test cell by 3 ways:

• Through the door element in the front
• Through the roof by removing the roof elements
• By removed wall modules (front/side wall)

Following accessories are available on request:

• Ventilation system for fresh and used air with an intelligent controlling system for an optimal energy management. Process-related waste heat can be used in order to heat surrounding halls or can be fed to the heating circuit of the building. Fresh air can be sucked form outside or the surrounding hall and induced in each testing cabinet
• Extinguishing system
• Sensors for temperature or CO2-monitoring
• Travelling crane with load capacity up tp 2 tonnes
